Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition – unworn, unaltered, and free of any damage. Please ensure that all original packaging, certificates, and receipts are included with your return.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom-made or personalized items, such as engraved or resized pieces, cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued.
Refund Timeline: Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part.
Exchange Policy
In-Store Exchanges: For exchanges, please visit our stores with the item and all accompanying documents provided at the time of purchase (product certificate, invoice, product packaging).
Order Cancellations
Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled only before they are processed and shipped. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

If you have purchased our products through third-party websites (like Etsy or other local marketplaces), please initiate returns or exchanges through those specific platforms.
